She immediately got to work, helping me figure out the kinds of roles and companies I should be applying to, and working with me iterate through my CV, getting it to a point where my key value proposition shone through. We prepared together for interviews \u2013 where she used her experience to focus me on what the interviewer was likely looking for \u2013 and also worked on the generally tricky questions relating to compensation and growth.
